Here in Lithuania we believe that food is a common language shared by all people around the world. This is a tongue that needs no translation and helps us understand each other more perfectly — as we soak up the positive emotions elicited universally by good food.

For a long time we preferred to speak about our traditional black rye bread, fresh honey from the planet's happiest bees, our cake with horns straight from the fire, local beer with its unique yeast DNA, acknowledged by Canadian scientists and others for the way it continues to ferment even as you drink it in the glass. Today we still relish tradition, but we also invite our foreign visitors, including a growing number of foodies from abroad, as well as the locals, not to just eat, but to also savor distinctive fare in breathtaking environments including midair.
